Our Human Resources team is currently hiring at our Head Office in Richmond, BC: Corporate Recruiter - One year contract with possibility of extension In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of positions across our retail store network, Head Office departments, and affiliated businesses. You'll partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies, attract top talent, build strong candidate pipelines, and help deliver an exceptional candidate experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruitment professional who enjoys relationship building, talent sourcing, interviewing, employer branding, and contributing to the growth of a respected Canadian organization.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for retail management, Head Office, and specialized positions. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies for open roles. Create and post engaging job advertisements across applicant tracking systems, job boards, social media platforms, and skilled networks.

Source active and passive candidates through online recruiting tools, networking, referrals, and industry connections. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Coordinate and attend career fairs, networking events,



and campus recruitment initiatives.

Develop relationships with educational institutions, industry associations, and community organizations to support recruitment efforts. Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant data within company systems. Provide recruitment guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the hiring process.

Participate in employer branding initiatives and contribute ideas to enhance recruitment marketing strategies. Support special projects and other talent acquisition initiatives as required. Previous recruitment, talent acquisition, human resources, or related experience is considered an asset.

Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is considered an asset. Applicant tracking software experience is an asset, preferably with Workday. Knowledge of recruitment best practices, candidate sourcing techniques, and interviewing methods.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and applicant tracking systems. Knowledge of retail operations and workforce planning is considered an asset. Genuinely enjoys helping people find rewarding career opportunities.
