Our Human Resource
Department is currently hiring for: Corporate Recruiter (BC) - One year contract with possibility of extension Working primarily out of our Richmond BC office, the Corporate Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success for Store locations and Head Office. This will be achieved through the development of local recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.
The Corporate
Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible employees. Applicant tracking software experience is an asset, preferably with Workday. ~ Manage full-cycle recruitment for retail management, Head Office, and specialized positions. Create and post engaging job advertisements across applicant tracking systems, job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
Source active and passive candidates through online recruiting tools, networking, referrals, and industry connections. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Coordinate and attend career fairs, networking events, and campus recruitment initiatives.
Develop relationships with educational institutions, industry associations, and community organizations to support recruitment efforts.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant data within company systems. Support special projects and other talent acquisition initiatives as required.
