Planning, studying, and collecting data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material purchases, inventory, labor, and overhead.

Analyzing data collected and recording results. Analyzing changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods, or services provided, to determine effects on cost. Analyzing audits of costs and preparing reports.

Review and analysis of current product costing in conjunction with engineering and manufacturing. Maintaining cost accounting system. CPA designation with three (3) years of experience of cost accounting in a manufacturing environment.





Experience working with engineering and manufacturing personnel on development and analysis of cost standards. Must have a strong cost systems background with excellent analytical and advanced Excel skills Sound understanding of accounting principles.
