Our stores feature dedicated sales counters, well-stocked showrooms and industry leading customer service. We are looking for recent team members to join our growing and successful company at our Oshawa location.

· Full time availability Monday to Friday during business hours

· Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone and through email

· Generate quotations and product delivery dates and follow up

· Entering customer orders into the company software and picking orders

· Handle cash, debit, credit card transactions

· Learn and maintain a basic knowledge of all product lines

· Offer knowledge on how best to assist customers when choosing appropriate products

· Provide sales support for outside sales representatives

· Restock inventory as required and maintain a safe and clean work area

· Work effectively with other members of the team

· Various other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

· A minimum of three years of inside sales or customer service experience





· Experience in the electrical industry or a similar environment would be an asset

· Knowledge of electrical products and their applications would be an asset

· Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn

· Skilled, responsible, punctual and reliable

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

· Ability to multitask with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

· Able to take direction and solve problems

· Experience with computer systems

· Desire to provide excellent customer service

· Post-secondary education required
