Working closely with multiple specialized engineering teams, you'll own the systems, workflows, and approaches that help them reach their goals. Identify and drive adoption of AI-assisted and agentic workflows that accelerate development and validation cycles. 8+ years of skilled software engineering experience. ~ Experience building internal or customer-facing tools that solve real problems. ~ Experience with build systems, continuous integration, or automated test infrastructure.

Experience building developer-facing tooling that engineering teams use daily.

Experience changing how an engineering team works: ownership models,



review practices, quality gates.

Experience owning delivery across teams as a technical program lead, or in a role that combined engineering with program ownership.
