In this full time role, you'll facilitate engaging activities and events while building connections with residents and families. You will play a critical part in ensuring a vibrant atmosphere through hands-on support designed to enrich the lives of seniors in our care. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of diverse recreational programs
- Create daily communications for activities
- Build connections with residents and families
- Drive residents on community outings
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Degree/diploma in Gerontology or related field preferred
- Experience in geriatric programming is an asset
- Knowledge of wellness dimensions and adaptations
- Valid driver’s license or willingness to obtain
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications
