About Atelier Élan

Atelier Élan is a boutique creative marketing agency working across branding, creative direction, photography, content creation and experiential marketing.

We work with brands, businesses and individuals to develop thoughtful visual identities, campaigns and content that feel distinctive, intentional and culturally relevant.

We're looking for a Creative Marketing Intern who is currently enrolled in a college or university program and looking to complete an internship, practicum or work placement for academic credit.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on placement designed for someone who wants to experience what working inside a small creative agency actually looks like.

Rather than being limited to one area, you'll have opportunities to contribute across branding, social media, content, photography, campaigns and creative projects depending on your interests, skills and academic requirements.

You may work on

- Social media strategy and content planning
- Content creation and creative concepts
- Branding and visual identity projects
- Campaign research and development
- Photoshoot planning and creative direction
- Behind-the-scenes content during shoots
- Photography and/or videography, depending on experience
- Copywriting and storytelling
- Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok and other digital platforms
- Market and trend research
- Client and internal creative projects
- Event and experiential marketing projects

Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, photography, video editing or social media is an asset, but you don't need to know everything. We're interested in what you want to learn as much as what you already know.

Placement Details

This opportunity is intended for students completing an approved internship, practicum, co-op or work-placement component through their educational institution.

Location: Victoria / Vancouver, BC + remote workExpected Hours: Approximately 15–30 hours per weekSchedule: Versatile around academic requirementsTerm: Based on your program's required placement hoursCompensation: Academic-credit educational placement; eligibility will depend on your institution's placement requirements.

Atelier Élan will work with your school where necessary to complete placement documentation, learning objectives and evaluations.
