You'll own a portfolio of credit hire cases, get customers back on the road, and be their main point of contact. We're after a motivated, ambitious individual who wants to help shape its future, with real exposure to growth opportunities along the way. Caseload management- Own a caseload of credit hire cases from initial vetting through to resolution, keeping accurate records.





Customer support- Answer customer queries by phone and email, maintaining a professional standard throughout. Administration- Support with PCNs, invoices, and other administrative tasks. Align closely with Zego’s claims, legal, finance and insurance teams.

Commercial awareness- Understand how your decisions affect wider business outcomes. Professionalism- Confident and clear communicating with customers by phone and email, leading with empathy and always representing Zego in a positive light. Desirable- prior experience working in the insurance or motor claims industry.
