Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Crew Member to join our team in delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality food. The ideal candidate will be responsible for food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the food industry while working in a quick-paced, team-oriented setting. Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.

Duties

- Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards and safety guidelines
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders and addressing customer inquiries
- Handle cash transactions accurately and manage cash register operations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment
- Assist with upselling menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales
- Follow food safety protocols and ensure proper food handling procedures are adhered to
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service




- Support team members with additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or food industry preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Able to lift 50Lbs
- Basic math skills for cash handling and POS transactions
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Experience with Micros POS or similar systems is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if required

Pay: From $17.60 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
