Prepare and cook menu items to specification, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality. Assist in prepping ingredients and setting up stations, following recipes and kitchen guidelines. Maintain a clean, organized workspace,

Collaborate with your kitchen team, communicating effectively to ensure smooth service during busy shifts. Monitor food stock and supplies, assisting with inventory management and minimizing waste. Work efficiently to meet kitchen demands, ensuring orders are prepared quickly without sacrificing quality.

Assist with kitchen cleaning tasks and equipment maintenance as required.

Kitchen Experience: Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook in a high-volume kitchen is an asset but not required.
