Finning Canada Number of Openings: 1 Worker Type: Permanent Position Join Finning as a Customer Fleet Coordinator! You will be responsible for the proactive planning of preventive maintenance service to our contract customers from start to finish. This includes machine hour use monitoring, MCO set up, opening work requests, validating parts lists, requesting parts, notifying Customer Fleet Advisors and branch Service Planners, closing work orders and invoicing MCO lines.
Opening work requests, requesting parts, partnering with customer facing roles to have services completed within on-time delivery parameters. Invoicing of completed jobs within LLTI target timelines Monitoring machine usage Training and support of other team members as required. Self-motivated and ability to work with minimal supervision Solid organizational and time management skills Experience with Infor M3, Salesforce, and CAT applications Understanding of all policies related to the service department Understanding of service work in progress management (SWIP) SIS and VisionLink working knowledge Maintain accurate contract information in Salesforce programs Specific KPIs include PM Accuracy and Last Labor to Invoice (LLTI)
