Administrator's primary responsibility is to provide an exceptional customer experience while completing administrative tasks.

Administrator works with all team members in achieving the repair facilities' KPIs. Provides positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone ~ When required communicate updates with Customers & Insurance claims personnel ~ Ensure all assignments have been followed up and appointments confirmed with customers ~ Monitor and manage Store’s Accounts Receivable ~ Actively apply new knowledge from continuous learning,
