Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS.
- Take orders through online food ordering platforms such as UberEats and DoorDash.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including bubble tea drinks, associated specialty drinks, and food items with precision and attention to quality.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate math calculations and proper cash handling procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling protocols.
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers quickly during busy periods while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions,



resolving issues promptly, and creating a welcoming environment for all guests.

Experience

- Previous barista experience or food service experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with food preparation and customer interaction.
- Knowledge of POS systems like Micros POS or similar technology is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience in the food industry with an understanding of basic math for cash handling and transaction accuracy.
- Familiarity with food safety practices, including proper food handling procedures and adherence to health regulations.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively influence guest experiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Asset Qualifications

- Knowledge and experience in digital marketing such as social media management and website updates will be considered an asset.

Pay: $17.60-$18.50 per hour
