If a student has a question, they reach out to our unit. We are here to assist students with navigating the University. As the first point of contact at Student Services, you handle diverse inquiries about SFU's educational programs, student records, administrative deadlines, financial assistance, government programs, and university policies.

High school graduation and general courses or training of moderate duration (one semester equivalent) including word processing, database and spreadsheet applications and in office practices. 3 years of related experience, including experience processing large volumes of cash/debit and credit card transactions, balancing receipts,



providing customer service and using database applications. Ability to use database, spreadsheet, and word processing applications (e.g., SIMS, Excel, Word) at an intermediate level. Excellent customer service skills.
