Serve as the communicator between customer and insurance adjuster* Answer incoming telephone calls and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner* Identify, confirm and offer resolution to customer concerns.

Assess customer needs by conducting a vehicle walk around.

Attain agreement from customer for repair needs.

Follow-up with customers during repair of vehicle so they are aware of status.

Receive and process cash or credit payment for all services performed.

Upon completion of repair, promptly and professionally deliver vehicle to customer.

What You'll Bring Previous automotive experience is an asset* Experience in a call center setting is an asset* Experience with Microsoft Office preferred* Outstanding customer service skills.
