Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and addressing concerns via phone and email in a timely and professional manner. Process customer orders accurately by entering them into the system and ensuring proper documentation. Assess customer needs and provide personalized recommendations for products that best suit their requirements.

Manage the flow of incoming orders, ensuring all orders are efficiently processed, tracked, and fulfilled in accordance with company standards. Respond to customer questions and resolve any issues, providing clear and helpful information. Acquire in-depth knowledge of products to effectively assist customers and answer any related inquiries.

Utilize and navigate the industry-specific order management system (FDS) to maintain accurate order records and streamline order fulfillment processes.
