As a Customer Service Associate II, you’ll be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of your assigned store, from merchandising to supporting customers.

While focusing on providing a clean, welcoming environment, you will be fully cross‑trained to support the cash register and able to switch to front‑end duties as needed. Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight in a safe manner in accordance with productivity standards Assisting with cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable Ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders Maintaining security of cash and protecting company assets High school diploma or equivalent is preferred Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery,
