Responsibilities

- Engage with customers via phone, email, or chat to provide prompt, friendly assistance with their inquiries and concerns
- Utilize data entry skills to accurately record customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our systems
- Conduct analysis of customer needs to identify opportunities for upselling and promoting additional products or services
- Communicate clearly and professionally using proper phone etiquette to ensure a positive interaction experience
- Assist customers in troubleshooting issues, providing solutions that meet their needs effectively
- Support multilingual communication by assisting English and Spanish-speaking customers as needed




- Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and enhance overall customer satisfaction

Skills

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly in English and Spanish
- Strong data entry capabilities ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all records
- Analysis skills to assess customer needs and identify sales opportunities through upselling techniques
- Proven experience in customer service or related roles, demonstrating patience and professionalism
- Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) is highly preferred for serving diverse customer bases
- Knowledge of sales strategies with a focus on enhancing customer experience through upselling
- Exceptional phone etiquette combined with effective verbal and written communication skills
