We are hiring a Client Service Specialist to join our GroupQuest team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting brokers and clients by managing group perks administration, resolving complex issues, and ensuring a seamless service experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working both independently and collaboratively, and is passionate about delivering high-quality client support within the group insurance space.

Handle and resolve escalated claims, admin, and billing issues. Assist with commission and contracting issues. Manage overdue account notifications and pending terminations due to minimum participation requirements.

Completion of a post-secondary education. ~1+ years of experience in data entry or administrative roles preferably in Group Benefits. ~ Excellent command of the English language, including strong written and verbal communication. ~ Group Insurance principles and assessment techniques. ~ Fluency in both official languages English & French is considered an asset.
