Potlly is looking for a Customer Support & Onboarding Contractor to help onboard our cooks and food entrepreneurs.
What you’ll do:
- Guide clients through onboarding
- Help them complete their profiles and add their offerings
- Answer questions via WhatsApp and other channels
- Follow up with clients who need assistance
- Collect feedback and help improve the onboarding experience
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, patient, and organized
- A explicit communicator
- Comfortable with digital tools
- Proactive and reliable
Customer support, onboarding, hospitality, or community management experience is a plus.
