You will apply a broad understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices to address diverse security challenges effectively. Your role will include, but isn’t limited to: Project delivery, as required by the scope of specific client engagements, which includes Assessment/Strategy through to the Design, Implementation and Optimization of data protection solutions and products. Engagement management, including project planning, budget management, and resource management. Practice development, including work on delivery methodology, training, and sales and marketing materials.

Personal professional development as a Cybersecurity and Privacy subject-matter specialist, including continuous vendor and industry training, attending conferences, specific products and solutions, self-study. Multi-tasking on multiple projects and tasks with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Working with other Cybersecurity & Privacy teams on different projects as required.

Coach and train recent and/or more junior team members to become an integral part of the Cybersecurity & Privacy Consulting practice and PwC family. An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work. Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, related technical field,



or equivalent practical experience Technical designations such as GICSP, CISSP, CRISC, CEH, CGEIT, ITIL, PCI QSA, CIPP/C, TOGAF, SABSA or CISM.

Solid mix of business and technical capabilities, and the ability to communicate complex technical data protection issues to senior executives within the context of their business. Strong leadership qualities when working in a team and the ability to be recognized as the subject matter specialist in data protection when our client requires. Ability to identify Cybersecurity and Privacy opportunities with clients and propose solutions that meet the clients’ needs.

Strong presentation and report writing skills; The ability to work on a number of projects, meet deadlines, and manage stakeholder expectations. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations.
