You’ll analyze workforce data from systems, produce actionable recommendations, and collaborate with call center stakeholders to improve efficiency and service levels.

Requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in data analytics, with robust skills in Power BI, SQL, Python, and Excel. Familiarity with utility environments is a plus.
