Title: Data Engineer Master Data Management

Location: Ontario/Remote

Duration: 12+ Months We are seeking a highly skilled qualified to join our team as a Data Engineer with a focus on Master Data Management. This role requires a strong background in data engineering, SAP ABAP development, and the ability to handle complex data management tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong experience in data engineering with a focus on Master Data Management.
- Experience with master data design, governance, integration, quality, and maintenance.
- Hands-on experience designing and developing SAP ABAP solutions.
- Ability to develop, enhance, troubleshoot, and maintain ABAP programs and applications.
- Experience working with ABAP Test Cockpit (ATC) for static code analysis, quality checks, and remediation.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience integrating SAP master data with enterprise data platforms/systems.
- Knowledge of SAP data quality, governance, and migration processes.




- Experience with SAP development standards, performance optimization, and automated code-quality practices.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

- Design and develop solutions supporting Master Data Management requirements.
- Develop and maintain SAP ABAP programs, enhancements, and integrations.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting related to master data.
- Use ABAP Test Cockpit (ATC) to assess code quality and resolve identified issues.
- Support testing, debugging, deployment, and production troubleshooting.
- Follow SAP development standards and ensure maintainable, high-quality code.
- Collaborate with functional, data, and technical teams on MDM and SAP initiatives.
