Shape the future of data use at Vancouver Foundation as a full time Coordinator, Data & Innovation. This role emphasizes data governance and ethical AI strategies to drive organizational improvement. The Coordinator will report to the Senior Manager, Data & Innovation, while leveraging business analysis skills to support the Data Program and Responsible AI Enablement Program.
Key responsibilities include improving data management practices, providing training, and refining workflows across the Foundation. Your analytical mindset will help align teams with data-driven policies as you encourage collaboration and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Data Program across all departments
- Coordinate stakeholder interviews and data quality initiatives
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiency improvements
- Assist with responsible AI initiatives and training programs
- Foster a data-driven culture through capacity-building efforts Requirements:
- 3-5 years in business analysis or coordination roles
- Strong skills in M365 tools, including Teams and SharePoint
- Demonstrated ability to document processes and engage stakeholders
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
