Posted: September 28, 2026 / Duties - Effectively handle inbound calls and online form submissions from prospective clients on a timely basis - Perform initial consultations with clients to understand their current financial position in an empathetic and compassionate manner by engaging, listening and understanding their needs for a debt solution - Explain the various debt relief options in a clear, practical and professional manner with the objective of providing debt solutions offered by Chande - Feel comfortable to initiate follow up calls in a professional and timely manner - Obtaining required information from clients so can prepare the legal bankruptcy or proposal documents - Being able to identify missing information,



urgency of a client’s situation and being able to deal with time sensitive matters efficiently - Support clients from initial contact through to signing in an empathetic and professional manner - Assist team in preparing and signing of formal documents - Other duties as assigned or required Qualifications / Required Skills - A minimum of 1-year of consumer insolvency experience - Basic knowledge of personal bankruptcy and consumer proposals, additional training will be provided - Effective listening, questioning and follow up skills - Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy - Able to effectively handle multiple clients including appointments and follow up - Confident, enthusiastic with a passion for sales with an entrepreneurial attitude - Able to work independently to meet objectives and goals - Flexibility on working hours as some evening work may be required - Completion of the Estate Administrator’s and/or the Insolvency Counsellor’s course would be an asset Salary: Commensurate with experience Employer Profile CHANDE Debt Solutions, a Licensed Insolvency Trustee, is looking for an experienced Debt Solutions Manager.
