CGI Montréal is looking for an AI Delivery Lead who will report to the Director of AI, and who will be tasked with bringing AI tools directly to our workforce to help them work faster and smarter. As part of your role, you will significantly contribute to the organization's technological transformation by leading the enterprise-wide rollout of personal productivity assistants and departmental AI solutions, bridging the gap between proof of concept and full-scale adoption.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Lead the enterprise-wide rollout and execution of Everyday AI initiatives, focusing on personal productivity tools (e.g. Google Workspace AI, AI Code Assist) and conversational analytics.

- Coordinate tightly with other IT teams and business units to validate, deploy, and scale ready to use AI add-ons tailored to specific departmental workflows.
- Orchestrate comprehensive change management and adoption strategies to ensure lines of business seamlessly integrate these new tools to work faster and smarter.
- Oversee the stabilization and continuous performance of third-party AI tooling post implementation, ensuring continuity across supported platforms.
- Proactively identify delivery risks, implement mitigation strategies, and champion an agile culture of collaboration across complex, cross functional environments

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• University-level degree in business administration, computer science or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of technical project management experience, specializing in scaling enterprise software from proof of concept to production using Agile




- Demonstrate a strong background in change management, driving the adoption of new workplace technologies across business units through user centric training and workflow integration
- Exhibit deep knowledge of GenAI tools (e.g. Google Workspace AI, Claude Code, etc) and the enterprise IT foundations (security, privacy) required to deploy them safely
- Possess exceptional interpersonal and coordination skills to build consensus among technical teams, legal, and business users in a global, multi time zone environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and oral); this is required because you will manage enterprise-wide rollouts, translate complex AI concepts, and represent the client with global SaaS vendors

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is 70 000$ et 135 000$. This role is an existing vacancy.
