The Delivery Supervisor contributes to the success of PepsiCo Beverages Canada by ensuring PBC products are delivered to all customers in a pre-determined territory. This individual is responsible for cultivating a strong team environment, inspiring the Delivery Drivers to provide superior marketplace execution and customer service while achieving PBC delivery objectives. Coach and lead a team of Delivery Drivers on delivery, display execution, merchandising standards, rotation, keep back room clean and organize, and ensure accurate and timely deliveries are achieved Conduct audits in the trade each week to ensure performance targets for merchandising standards, point-of-sale material and product rotation standards Ensure accounts are delivered 100 per cent as scheduled Follow up and resolved all customer issues,
