Salary Range: $25.00 To $31.00 Hourly The team at Dr. Jordan Pettigrew & Associates located in Ottawa, Ontario are looking for a passionate, hard-working Dental Administrator/ Administrative Assistant on a full-time basis.

The ideal Dental Administrator/ Administrative Assistant for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

Our dental office has recently undergone an exciting renovation and expansion, and were looking to grow our team! we're seeking a friendly reliable Dental Administrator to join our modern and rapid paced practice. if your passionate about patient care and love working in a team setting, we would love to hear from you!

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- Experience is required as a Dental Administrator/Administrative Assistant
- Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate
- Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Hard worker, reliable and organized
- Works well in a fast paced setting
