The Oral Health
Service provides dental care for priority patient groups across Lothian, including: Vulnerable adults requiring additional support Referred children with dental anxiety Patients with complex medical needs across hospital and oncology settings While experience working with these patient groups is desirable,

Hold a recognised Dental Therapy qualification Be registered with the General Dental Council (GDC) Have knowledge of the GDC Scope of Practice for Dental Therapists Be familiar with the GDC Standards for the Dental Team Demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
