Sky Dental is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and organized Full-Time Dental Receptionist to join our upbeat and growing team!

What You’ll Do

As a Dental Receptionist, you will be an important part of creating a welcoming and efficient experience for our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

- Answering and managing incoming phone calls
- Scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming dental appointments
- Welcoming and assisting patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Processing patient payments and handling billing
- Managing dental insurance and related administrative tasks
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Performing general administrative and office duties
- Supporting the dental team to ensure the office runs smoothly
