We are seeking an Ontario-registered dentist who is interested in taking an active role in operating and developing a fully equipped, established and ready-to-use dental clinic located on Jane Street in Concord–Vaughan.

WHAT IS AVAILABLE The clinic is fully equipped and ready for operation, providing an opportunity to begin practicing without the need to establish a new clinic from the ground up.

Depending on the arrangement ultimately agreed upon, the opportunity may include access to:

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are interested in speaking with a dentist who:





· Is currently registered and in good standing with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO)

· Is legally authorized to practice dentistry in Ontario

· Is interested in operating or developing a dental practice

· Has an entrepreneurial or practice-development interest

· Values skilled independence and patient-centred care

· Is interested in a long-term opportunity

· Is prepared to discuss different business and operating structures

Experience in practice ownership, practice management or clinic development would be an asset, but interested dentists are encouraged to present their own proposal.

FLEXIBLE ARRANGEMENT

We are open to proposals.

The successful candidate may propose an arrangement that best fits their professional and business objectives, subject to applicable Ontario legislation, regulatory requirements and mutually agreed terms.

Possible structures may include an independent practice-operating arrangement, management arrangement, partnership/business arrangement, or another professionally and legally compliant structure.

We are particularly interested in hearing from dentists who have their own ideas about how they would like to operate and develop the clinic.

COMPENSATION / BUSINESS TERMS

Compensation and business terms are negotiable and will depend on the structure,



responsibilities and level of involvement agreed upon by the parties.
