Denture Production & Digital Manufacturing Lead
We are looking for a hands-on, recent graduate, or a technically robust person to support our current denture production while helping lead our transition into digital manufacturing and 3D printing.
The role will initially include traditional denture work such as plastering, investing, flasking, and processing support. At the same time, you will help implement scanning, CAD/CAM, 3D printing, post-processing, and digital workflows.
You will also help lead and train a small production team, improve processes, establish SOPs, troubleshoot issues, and help ensure consistent quality and turnaround times.
Ideal background / knowledge:
- Denture or removable prosthetics experience, especially plastering and flasking, or
- Engineering, manufacturing, CAD/CAM, mechatronics, biomedical, or additive manufacturing background
- Familiarity with 3D printing, CAD software, scanners, CNC, or digital production systems
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
- Experience leading, training, or supervising a small team is an asset
- Comfortable learning both traditional bench work and modern digital workflows
Dental experience is preferred, but not mandatory for a smart, technically capable person who learns quickly. Over the next 3–6 months, this role will gradually shift from conventional production toward leading a more digital denture manufacturing operation.
