Contract Type: Independent Contractor Start Date: Immediate Citizens and Green Card Holders Preferred The Desktop Support Engineer provides first- and second-level technical support and manages the efficient assignment and dispatch of service requests. This on-site role ensures end-user issues are resolved promptly—either directly or by coordinating with other technicians—by triaging tickets, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining solid communication between IT and users. Provide on-site desktop and IT support for end users at the client location.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Install, configure, and maintain hardware, operating systems, and enterprise software applications.



Support network connectivity issues, including LAN troubleshooting.

Assist with device setup, replacement, and hardware installations. Perform basic network troubleshooting using console access when required. Document service activities and communicate updates to the service delivery team.

Follow client IT policies and security procedures while performing on-site tasks.
