Drive the technical strategy, system architecture, and core design principles for the Agent Registry control plane while establishing development best practices for performance and reliability. Partner closely with Product Managers and cross-functional leaders to define product goals, shape the strategic roadmap,



and align short-term delivery with long-term outlook.

Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal cross-site teams and external partners to drive organizational alignment. Manage project execution, set key milestones, and cultivate a positive team culture focused on continuous learning, psychological safety, and impactful delivery.
