We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior WordPress Developer to join our growing team.
As a Senior WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for the development, customization, and maintenance of WordPress-based websites. You will work closely with our design and marketing teams to create high-quality, user-friendly, and SEO-optimized websites that meet our clients' needs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of WordPress, a strong background in web development, and a keen eye for detail.
Develop and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring high performance, availability, and scalability.
Customize
WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific project requirements. Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to implement new features and enhancements. Optimize websites for SEO, speed, and responsiveness.
Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, and performance problems. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our websites are cutting-edge.
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and best practices.
Ensure websites comply with web standards, accessibility guidelines, and best practices. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 5 years of experience in WordPress development.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Experience with popular WordPress plugins and frameworks (e.g., Strong understanding of front-end and back-end web development. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Experience with website optimization techniques and tools (e.g., Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Experience with up-to-date JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js). Familiarity with server-side technologies and database management (e.g., MySQL). Understanding of web security best practices.
