Prince George Fuel Injection Ltd. is looking for a Diesel Injector and Pump Rebuilder to join our team in Prince George, BC. This is a hands-on, bench-based position focused on testing, repairing, and rebuilding diesel fuel injectors and injection pumps—not working on vehicles. If you enjoy detailed mechanical work, take pride in accuracy, and want to develop specialized skills, we’d like to hear from you.

Previous fuel injection repair experience is an asset, but we provide training for someone with mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.

Job duties

- Disassemble and clean diesel fuel injectors and injection pumps.
- Inspect components for wear, damage, and serviceability.
- Use precision measuring tools, including micrometers, dial indicators, and vernier calipers.
- Rebuild and reassemble components,



replacing worn or damaged parts according to repair procedures.
- Operate specialized test equipment to evaluate performance and verify completed repairs.
- Adjust and calibrate injectors and pumps to meet required specifications.
- Record inspection findings, repairs performed, and test results.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and handle precision components carefully.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance, including filter and fluid changes.
- Follow established repair procedures and safe work practices.

Pay: From $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
