Job Purpose Working in collaboration with hospital teams, community services and other system partners, the Dietitian is responsible for managing the nutritional care of patients or clients. Minimum 1 year recent and direct experience (within last 5 years) would be an asset depending on the department.



Ability to travel for client appointments and community meeting using own transportation for those working in Public Health. Review patient medical history, symptoms, medications, laboratory tests, anthropometric data (BMI, height, ideal or standard body weight).

Establish a nutrition care plan, coordinate care and provide behaviour modification and counselling techniques.
