In this role, you will shape the FPGA architecture strategy behind next-generation imaging products, balancing performance, cost, reliability, and scalability. If you enjoy leading technical direction, mentoring engineers, and solving complex digital design challenges, this is an chance to influence products from concept through production while collaborating with FPGA, firmware, hardware, and product teams across multiple sites. Define FPGA architecture strategy across industrial camera platforms.

Lead and mentor a team of FPGA designers, providing technical guidance and coaching. Serve as the final technical authority for FPGA architecture decisions and firmware integration. Collaborate with product, manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering teams across sites.

Required:



Strong technical leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Expertise in simulation, synthesis, timing closure, CDC analysis, constraints, and verification. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.

Advanced degree and experience in machine vision, imaging, camera systems, or high‑speed digital design. Deep technical challenges spanning FPGA, firmware, and hardware. Collaboration across a global engineering community.
