Help bring digital marketing campaigns to life as part of Best Buy Canada's award-winning Marketing team. As a digital marketing coordinator - social & display, you'll help create meaningful connections with customers by delivering engaging, measurable campaigns across leading digital platforms. In this highly collaborative role, you'll combine your digital marketing knowledge, attention to detail, and passion for campaign performance to support successful launches and improve how we reach our audiences.

We practice a remote-first working model, leveraging in-person interactions at our head office in Vancouver, BC, for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes.

What you’ll do as a digital marketing coordinator - social & display

- Set up and launch paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Google Campaign Manager, DV360, Meta, TikTok.
- Coordinate creative and copy requirements, ensuring campaign assets meet platform specifications.
- Manage campaign tracking, budgets, audience targeting, and ad delivery according to approved media plans.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend adjustments to help achieve campaign goals.
- Support campaign reporting by identifying results, insights, optimization opportunities, and key learnings.
- Collaborate with internal teams and media partners to resolve campaign issues and support successful launches.
- Identify best practices, new features, and process improvements that strengthen digital marketing programs.
- Explore emerging AI technologies to help strengthen and expand digital marketing programs.

What we’re looking for





- 1-3 years of experience supporting paid or organic digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform, Meta, TikTok, or other demand-side platforms.
- Understanding of advertising technology and analytics tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or Adobe Experience Platform.
- Experience working with advertising agencies, media partners, or cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities in a quick-paced environment.
- A collaborative, solutions-focused approach with sound judgment and a commitment to achieving results.

Annualized Compensation Range $52,000.00 - $59,000.00 Starting pay offered will consider skills and experience. Your pay can grow as you build your career with us.
