As the Senior/Digital Product Manager, you will lead the team to: Deliver world-class digital experiences and technical capabilities,



powering exceptional customer engagement and satisfaction Stay at the forefront of the external digital product landscape, identifying opportunities for continuous enhancement and innovation Transform prioritized opportunities into high-impact, customer-centered solutions Continuously monitor product performance against KPIs, identifying and planning for immediate and future optimizations Ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement of the product lifecycle Collaborate with Business Support partners to effectively manage daily department functions, support corporate objectives and foster career development and a positive employee experience Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for product roadmap, definition, performance, and delivery to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs The Senior/Digital Product Manager has: Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Digital Product Management A passion for digital brand experience and the customer journey eCommerce systems, product and customer data, analytics) A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.
