This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Project Lead based in Canada. This remote role supports a diverse portfolio of strategic, operational, and growth-focused initiatives.

You will coordinate projects spanning business operations, recruitment, bids and grants, events, and programme development. You will help track milestones, manage risks, coordinate deliverables, and ensure projects progress effectively. Identify project risks, delays, and challenges, escalating issues when appropriate and helping teams maintain alignment with strategic objectives.

Research public-sector, institutional, bid, tender, and grant opportunities and support the preparation of proposals, applications, narratives, and required documentation. Support the planning and delivery of workshops, events, community initiatives, and related programmes, coordinating logistics, participants, partners, and vendors.



Contribute to the development of accelerator and business support programmes by helping structure programme phases, participation criteria, processes, and value propositions.

Maintain accurate documentation, project updates, reporting, and records across assigned initiatives while ensuring alignment with funding, partnership, and ecosystem objectives.

Experience in project management, business operations, programme coordination, or a related field. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously. Robust stakeholder management, coordination, problem-solving, and follow-through abilities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or comparable collaboration and productivity tools. Familiarity with project management, CRM, or recruitment platforms is preferred. Fully remote working arrangement.

Exposure to projects involving recruitment, funding, bids, events, programmes, and stakeholder partnerships.
