Strategic
Direction & Planning Execute annual and longer-term productivity & efficiency objectives as set by CM leadership, translating strategic priorities into actionable initiatives Develop forward-looking roadmaps for productivity initiatives that address both immediate opportunities and longer-term capability building Support the scaling and replication of successful productivity initiatives across business units Monitor and track progress across multiple concurrent initiatives, escalating risks and roadblocks to leadership Identify and recommend cost reduction strategies and process improvements to senior leaders across CM Provides coaching, mentoring and professional development that further embeds the right culture, values, and leadership behaviours Works with team members to establish goals, drive performance management, support career development and reward strong performance. Actively works to identify future leaders, ensuring high employee engagement, diversity and inclusion. Actively participates in cross functional committees such as the Productivity & Efficiency Council, Administrative & Initiatives Committee, various project steering committees,
