Permanent Full Time Canada Life is seeking a Director, Strategy to join the Workplace Benefits and Retirement (WBR) division. This team operates at the center of the group benefits business, advising senior leaders on complex, high-impact strategic issues. As a Director, you will support enterprise and business unit strategic planning, lead initiatives that drive growth, and advance key business priorities.

This role reports to the AVP, Strategy, within Canada Life’s Workplace Perks and Retirement division. 6–10+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or a related field ~ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing materials for and engaging senior stakeholders ~ Experience in financial services, group benefits, retirement, or a related industry Track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment on strategic decisions Undergraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an asset This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
