Finance & Accounting Join one of BMO’s most collaborative and high-performing finance teams, where your work directly influences business decisions and provides exposure to senior leadership and enterprise risk strategy. This is a highly visible FP&A; role focused on planning, forecasting, and strategic partnership, not accounting or reporting actuals. You’ll partner with executives across the business, manage complex budgets and forecasts, and turn large volumes of data into meaningful insights.

Acts as a financial centre of competence and strategic partner for the business/group supporting short, medium and long term objectives; Monitors performance against financial plans, forecasts, initiatives and objectives, escalating issues as required. assesses the financial performance and condition of the business.

Recommends and implements financial management solutions based on analysis of issues and implications for the business. Works with the business to align key performance indicators with financial forecasts/plans and initiatives. Breaks down strategic problems, and analyses data and information to provide Financial-related insights and recommendations.

Monitors and tracks financial performance, and addresses any issues. leads or participates in a variety of change management activities including readiness assessments, planning,



stakeholder management, execution, evaluation and sustainment of initiatives. Provides specialized consulting, analytical and technical support. Typically between 5 - 7 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Accounting designation preferred. Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience. Data driven decision making - In-depth. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.
