Lead the Canadian ICOFR program at Canada Life in this key leadership role. - Lead the governance of the Canadian ICOFR program
- Oversee design, documentation,



and improvement of controls
- Evaluate and manage control deficiencies and remediation actions
- Identify opportunities to enhance the control environment
- Build and mentor a high-performing team

Requirements:

- CPA designation required
- 8+ years in internal controls or financial reporting
- Strong knowledge of COSO and ICOFR frameworks
- Proven experience in leading control optimization initiatives
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
