Lead the recruitment and retention efforts for military and veteran students at Eastern Kentucky University. This full time role is essential for ensuring program success and compliance with regulations. The Director of Military and Veteran Affairs will implement and coordinate comprehensive initiatives to support both resident and online military-connected students.

This role requires a Master's degree and at least three years of related experience, particularly in higher education. You will also foster partnerships with stakeholders and alumni to enhance engagement and fundraising efforts. Key Responsibilities:

- Research and develop student recruitment and retention initiatives
- Manage relationships with donors and alumni for fundraising




- Oversee operational funding and ensure fiscal compliance
- Identify partnerships to enhance service delivery
- Complete additional duties to support departmental goals

Requirements:

- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum three years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated success in higher education administration
- Experience advocating for military populations
- Strong financial management skills
