Temporary, full-time (covering maternity leave) As the learning leader responsible for the overall quality of curriculum, teaching and learning, this role leads and manages the Performing Arts department by: Developing processes and procedures to ensure that the quality of learning and achievement is monitored, evaluated and shared. Using student and cohort data to improve learning and teaching Monitoring the quality and consistency of student assessment feedback and reporting Ensuring that the PreK-12 curriculum is fully articulated in terms of content, skills and concepts, and accurately recorded Supporting the performing arts team, including faculty and support staff Fostering and facilitating skilled learning opportunities for team members Attending coordinator, strand and divisional planning meetings throughout the year to ensure collaboration with other curriculum leaders #
