Advance your leadership in Seniors Care at William Osler Health System. This role focuses on operational management and strategic development for inpatient rehab and complex care services. As the Director for Seniors, Inpatient Rehabilitation, and Complex Continuing Care, you will direct the program at the Humber Church site.

You'll collaborate with medical directors and ensure compliance with health regulations while effectively managing resources and staff. Your leadership will set the foundation for high-quality patient services in diverse healthcare settings. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the strategic management of Seniors Program initiatives
- Develop and implement clinical priorities and annual plans
- Coach and mentor team members for leadership roles




- Collaborate with stakeholders for integrated care pathways
- Evaluate performance metrics and establish improvement strategies

Requirements:

- Master’s degree in nursing or health administration
- Eight years’ experience in acute care settings
- Five years’ progressive leadership experience
- Knowledge of Ontario Health Care systems
- Robust financial and analytical skills
