Type: Contract and Fulltime opportunities Location : GTA Havas CX is looking for a UX Director to join our Experience Design team. In this role, you will lead UX strategy and delivery across web, mobile, and enterprise platforms while partnering with clients, strategists, developers, and designers. You will provide senior UX leadership across projects, mentor UX team members, strengthen our UX practice, and support new business opportunities across the agency.

Strategic: Able to connect customer needs, business goals, research, and technology into clear experience strategies Comfortable advising senior clients, leading workshops, presenting recommendations, and challenging assumptions Experienced mentoring UX designers, reviewing work, and raising the quality of the team Entrepreneurial: Always looking for better ways to deliver for clients, improve the UX practice, and contribute to agency growth As a UX Director, you will oversee the delivery of UX design and strategy projects, provide senior direction across multiple engagements, and help shape the UX practice at Havas CX. Leading UX strategy and delivery across complex web, mobile, product, and enterprise projects Partnering with project managers and discipline leads to define project approach, scope, staffing, and Design Ops Guiding information architecture, task flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UX documentation Mentoring UX designers and providing feedback across project teams Reviewing work to ensure strong UX quality and consistency Supporting project estimates, resourcing, proposals, RFPs, and new business pitches Helping evolve UX methods, standards, tools, and ways of working across the agency 10+ years of UX design experience, ideally in an agency or consulting environment ~ Experience leading complex UX engagements across web, mobile, digital products,



and enterprise platforms ~ Experience managing or mentoring UX designers ~ Portfolio including experience strategy, research, interaction design, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and shipped digital experiences ~ Experience creating new products, apps, or sites from the ground up ~ Strong user research and usability testing experience ~ Comfort interpreting qualitative and quantitative data ~ Experience leading workshops and working with senior stakeholders ~ Experience estimating project work and contributing to new business initiatives ~ Proficiency with Figma and related UX and prototyping tools We are a Digital Marketing and advertising agency. The base salary range for this position is CAD $65-90/hour, with final compensation determined based on factors such as work location, skills, experience, and background.
