• Townsend and CBRE work together to provide clients with the premier programme, project and cost management offering in markets around the world This involves a deep technical understanding of market conditions and construction estimation at all levels. Review and validate cost estimates across all real estate sectors Lead the cost management scope of works on projects including estimate preparation, reviews, budget checks, benchmarking, value engineering, procurement advice, bid levelling, contract award recommendation and post contract commercial experience such as payment certification, cash flow forecasting, change management and cost reporting Undertake QA/QC reviews of deliverables Manage internal resourcing for effective project delivery management. Effectively manage and control commissions. Drive continuous improvement of cost management processes and procedures. Attending relevant networking events and other promotional opportunities Minimum of 10 + years of Quantity Surveying / Cost Estimating experience. Has an understanding of local market dynamics,



with experience navigating regional construction practices and standard contract forms. Confident and able to lead projects and work as part of a senior delivery team.
